Listening Theme – Bella Union

Hi all,

I was listening to some Midlake the other day when it suddenly dawned on me that they, and many of my other favourite bands (Fleet Foxes, The Low Anthem, John Grant etc.) are signed to the Bella Union record label. ‘What other gems would I also find on this label?’ I wondered – time for a Listening Theme.

So, for the next couple of weeks I’m going to listen to albums from Bella Union’s 15 year back catalogue, both online and from my own cd collection and as usual, I would like to hear your recommendations.
